Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) today announced that Mr Reini Otter will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Frasers Property Industrial, on 17 December 2026, to take on a new career opportunity.
Mr Ian Barter, currently Managing Director, Australia, Frasers Property Industrial, will have leadership oversight for Australia and Europe from 1 August 2026, until a new CEO is appointed. Mr Barter and the Frasers Property Industrial leadership team will report to the Frasers Property Industrial Executive Committee (Exco), and directly to the Exco Deputy Chair, Mr Rod Fehring, who is also a Co-Opted Member of the Group’s Board Executive Committee. He led Frasers Property Australia as CEO from 2015 to 2020 and has chaired Frasers Property Industrial’s management committee. These arrangements are supported with the deep asset class experience and ensure continuity of leadership, strategy and day-to-day operations.
Mr Otter has been with Frasers Property for 28 years, including the last seven as Frasers Property Industrial CEO. Alongside the Board and management, he helped form the Frasers Property Industrial platform and grow its industrial and logistics business in Australia and Europe, developing a platform for long-term value creation for its stakeholders.
Mr Barter joined Frasers Property in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial property. As Managing Director, Australia, he leads the Group’s strategic direction for Industrial in the market, together with its financial and operational performance across the local portfolio. He has held senior roles across the Australian business, including General Manager, Northern region and General Manager, New South Wales.

The FPL Board has begun an orderly process to appoint a permanent CEO for Frasers Property Industrial and will update the market in due course.
