• Award is a nod to Frasers Property’s strong corporate governance practices

Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has been awarded Joint Winner for the Most Transparent Company Award 2024 (Real Estate Category) at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS) Investors’ Choice Awards 2024 today.

The award recognises companies that demonstrate strong corporate governance practices and timely, transparent disclosures.

This achievement marks another milestone in Frasers Property’s exemplary corporate governance journey. Frasers Property is placed a joint 14^th position in the annual Singapore Governance and Transparency Index 2024, climbing 22 places from the previous year. The improved placement affirms the Group’s collective efforts in upholding strong governance, transparency and disclosures standards.

The SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards recognises excellence in companies and individuals adopting the best environmental, social and governance (ESG) & corporate governance practices.  The 2024 edition of the Awards has accorded only ‘Winner’ titles to all award recipients to recognise individuals and companies which have excelled beyond performance benchmarks and to encourage others to achieve this standard.
