Frasers Property’s Sky Eden@Bedok receives strong demand with about 75% of residential units sold on launch day
- All two-bedroom units fully sold
- 118 residential units transacted at an average price of about S$2,100 per square foot at launch

Frasers Property Singapore today announced that Sky Eden@Bedok has sold about 75% or 118 of 158 residential units at Sky Eden@Bedok on the first day of launch on Wednesday, 7 September 2022. The mixed-use development, which will have 12 shops on the ground floor, enjoys a highly convenient location in the heart of Bedok Central.

The 118 residential units were sold at an average price of about S$2,100 per square foot on the first day of launch. All two-bedroom units have been fully sold. The remaining three-bedroom and four-bedroom units range from 1,087 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft.
