Frasers Property Australia has appointed Cvet Trpeski to the role of General Counsel in a key promotion CEO Anthony Boyd describes as “a great outcome for the business given Cvet’s significant experience and wisdom.”
Leading the national legal function for Frasers Property, Ms Trpeski is responsible for the team which coordinates all legal work across the company’s development operations and investment portfolio, as well as corporate finance and other corporate compliance and risk management.
Her extensive experience covers advice on acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial, and retail property, development agreements, structured title developments, government partnerships, leasing, joint ventures, front and back-end construction as well as property-related aspects of financing and corporate transactions.

In a legal career spanning nearly 20 years, Ms Trpeski has acted on some of Australia’s iconic property developments and urban renewal projects, for both private and public sector clients. Prior to joining the Frasers Property team in 2017, she held roles with Barangaroo Delivery Authority, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and King and Wood Mallesons. She has also contributed to the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) as a Committee Member.
Ms Trpeski now also joins the Frasers Property Australia Executive Management Team.
