Shell Cove residents can feast on vegan food, join in a fitness class or discover their green thumb at The Waterfront, Shell Cove this Spring.
Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council have curated a list of Spring community events at The Waterfront, Shell Cove that will suit every interest and every age group.
Simone Dyer, Development Director – Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia says community living is at the heart of good housing design.
“Cities expand, governments come and go, and the property market fluctuates, but there’s one thing that never changes: places with a strong sense of identity and community are always desirable to live in,” Ms Dyer says.
"Frasers Property puts a lot of work into our passive and active open spaces and bring in education, childcare, retail and other amenities like recreation centres wherever we can and encourage community development through events and community programs.”
At The Waterfront, Shell Cove, the community has the option to build community gardens, join walking groups, attend welcome barbecues and Christmas parties.
Here are some of the community events planned for Spring 2019 at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
