SYDNEY, 30 OCTOBER 2019
The popular Ed.Fest family fun day is returning to Ed.Square this weekend to mark the countdown to the opening of the new Ed.Square Town Centre in the second half of 2020, set to be the shopping, dining and social heart of Frasers Property Australia’s game-changing urban neighbourhood in south west Sydney.
Family festivities take centre stage at Ed.Square on Sunday 3 November from 11am to 2pm with a host of activities for parents and children, future residents and members of the local community. Everyone’s invited!
At Ed.Fest, children will be treated to free gelato and popcorn while Ed.Square’s Daily Bean café will ensure parents are looked after.
Live entertainment for the whole family includes the Nova Casanovas street team, the energetic Kamis Band and the Moove ‘n’ Groove children’s show. A dedicated Kids Zone includes Lil’ Pirates and Junior Sports Hero jumping castles, a giant LEGO Land, balloon benders and face painting.
The premier community family fun day will also have competitions, prizes and plenty of giveaways for event attendees.
Warwick Dowler, Development Director, Frasers Property Australia encourages everyone interested in the new community to come along.
“Ed.Fest is a great opportunity for people to discover what the buzz at Ed.Square is all about while having a great time with family and friends,” Mr Dowler says.
“There will be display homes to check out and members of the Frasers Property team will be on hand to answer questions on the choice of designs, what Ed.Square Town Centre will offer, and how the community is playing its part in one of Sydney’s fastest growing regions.”
A selection of fully furnished display homes will be open for families to wander through and compare the housing styles on offer, from mews-style townhouses to terraces and apartments.
Those who come to Ed.Fest will discover that Ed.Square is one of Sydney’s most walkable communities. Ed.Square Town Centre is within 400 metres of all homes, and parks and bushland are dotted through and around the community to encourage walking and community connections.
Due to open in the second half of 2020, Stage 1 of Ed.Square Town Centre will be anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket, along with a Liquorland store, Event Cinemas complex, MyHealth Medical Centre, Chemistworks, Anytime Fitness and other health and well-being operators.
There’ll also be a childcare centre, vibrant Eat Street, fresh food market, entertainment and waterplay areas, to establish Ed.Square Town Centre as a lively and convenient place for residents of the 991 apartments, and 893 terraces and townhomes, to meet.
Ed.Square has been designed through a collaboration of world-class architectural firms HDR, GroupGSA and HASSELL. The new community comprises over six hectares of open space with a variety of home styles and floorplans inviting a diversity of residents.
The new Ed.Square Town Centre is integrated with Edmondson Park train station, with buses and trains offering easy connections for residents to Liverpool, Parramatta, Sydney CBD and Western Sydney Airport.
The Ed.Square Sales Centre and Display Village is on the corner of Soldiers Parade and Campbelltown Road, Edmondson Park. It is open daily from 11am to 4pm. For further information or to register your interest in Ed.Square, phone Frasers Property on 13 38 38 or visit www.EdSquare.com.au.
