Buyers will get another chance to secure sought-after beachfront land just steps from the sand at The Waterfront, Shell Cove, when three more oceanfront lots go to auction next month.
The three oceanfront lots, to be offered at auction on July 28, take up prime position just steps from Shellharbour South Beach and showcase panoramic views of the ocean, offering buyers the chance to build their ultimate beach house.
They are part of a larger release of six lots that make up The Beachside Collection, Stage 3 at Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council’s masterplanned community The Waterfront, Shell Cove, which is shaping up as the south coast’s ultimate lifestyle destination.
The three oceanfront lots to be offered at auction range in size from 480 sqm to 742 sqm and are located on Oceanfront Drive adjacent to Bass Point Tourist Road.
The other three beachside lots in the release range from 496 sqm to 798 sqm and are just around the corner from the beach. They will be sold via electronic ballot on August 1. Registrations close July 21.
All of the lots are less than 100 metres from the edge of the future Shellharbour Marina and boat harbour, which is under construction and expected to be completed by the time buyers move into their new homes. The lots are also less than one kilometre from The Waterfront Town Centre, stage one of which is already open to the community.
Buyers should register their interest now if they hope to snap up one of the in-demand beachfront lots, with Stages 1 and 2 of The Beachside Collection selling out quickly.
Interested buyers can attend a series of information sessions from July 6 at The Waterfront Shell Cove Sales and Information Centre and can book an onsite appointment to experience the location and spectacular ocean views on offer.
