The release of newly completed Parkfront homes overlooking the Central Park at Frasers Property Australia’s Fairwater community at Blacktown are now for sale and are ready for your move today.
The Parkfront release includes a mix of two- and four-bedroom terrace homes featuring a variety of designs and floorplans to suit buyers at every stage of life.
Situated in a tree-lined street in the heart of the Fairwater community, the terrace homes are in an elevated position overlooking the future Central Park and front a landscaped reserve. The homes are less than 50 metres from a planned bus stop offering an easy connection to Blacktown CBD and surrounding suburbs.
With only eight homes to choose from that are now complete and ready to move into, interested buyers are encouraged to inspect. Open times for the homes are Saturday, 29 June 2019 from 11:00 – 11:30am or Sunday, 30 June 2019 from 2:00 – 2:30pm.
There are two, two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom terrace homes in the release, priced at $699,000.
Downstairs is a powder room, laundry and storage space which leads to an open plan dining/kitchen/living area with direct access to an oversized alfresco area. A secure carport with remote garage door at the rear of the property provides extra entertaining space, while upstairs you will find a study, master bedroom, main bathroom and second bedroom with balcony.
A number of four-bedroom terrace homes featuring 3.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage are also for sale and priced at $849,000.
The fourth bedroom plus bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, while a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and walk-in pantry leads to the generous alfresco area overlooking the landscaped backyard. Upstairs you will find a large kids’ retreat, main bathroom with freestanding bath and two guest bedrooms as well as a spacious master bedroom suite with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and balcony.
Dino Carulli, Sales & Marketing Director – Residential NSW, Frasers Property Australia says the terrace homes in the Parkfront release are conveniently located just steps from the Central Park, providing an extension of the homes’ backyards.
“The Central Park and landscaped open spaces that surround the homes in the Parkfront release offer residents an additional place for a picnic, or to pass the footy, or watch the kids play,” he says.
“All the homes at Fairwater have their own backyards but the open green spaces that are part of the masterplan for the community offer another option for residents to entertain and unwind.”
Blacktown resident Kevin Crider was looking for a new family home for his wife and two children when he decided to visit Fairwater.
“We drove over one Saturday morning and immediately loved the concept. I loved the design of the community and all the green space, with the bike track running around and the big Central Park,” explains Kevin.
“We wanted something that was a little bit bigger because we were coming from a three-bedroom home, but not too big, and we wanted a backyard where we could plant some flowers but not so big that it took all weekend to look after.”
Kevin and wife Debbie decided on a four-bedroom terrace home which they moved into in March 2017.
They especially love the open floor plan, spaciousness and abundance of natural light.
“We love the amount of space. It is perfect for a family of four,” Kevin says.
“The fourth bedroom is downstairs at the front of the house which makes it perfect for a study. We also love the position of the balcony. We can sit out there in the morning or the evening and have a cup of coffee.”
Having come from a home with lots of trees in the yard, Kevin is finding the backyard the ideal size.
“You don’t have to spend a lot of time out there working. One hour in the yard and I am done,” he says.
Kevin enjoys the convenience of Fairwater’s location just 1km from Blacktown CBD and train station.
“I can walk out the door and be on the platform at the train station in 17 minutes, whereas before I had to drive to the station and park in a side street or parking station,” he says.
“I like the morning walk to the station and in the evening when I walk home you see people out walking or running, or out playing with their dogs.”
Kevin is enjoying seeing the new community take shape and looks forward to the completion of the bike tracks and Central Park.
“I am really looking forward to when the park is complete. The design is really nice,” he says.
Fairwater is located on a 38 ha former golf course and features 9.5 ha of open space and 3.5 ha of wetlands. The picturesque surrounds include lakes and ponds, boardwalks, walkways, cycleways, pramways, a playground, sandpits, learn-to-ride bike track and onsite café.
