Ian Barter has over 20 year’s experience in the industry and manages in Australia the New South Wales and Queensland industrial and commercial business.
Ian has delivered results for several major International Property Group’s and Real Estate Investment Trust’s. His successful career in the highly competitive commercial and industrial property areas stems from his customer centric focus combined with a desire to achieve outstanding returns.
In 2005 he joined Australand and in 2012 was appointed General Manager NSW with responsibility for managing the company’s commercial and industrial business units across the state. He has played an instrumental role in securing and overseeing the development of a number of key projects during this time including BMW, Toyota, Corporate Express, Kmart, Best and Less, Hewlett Packard, Kuehne & Nagel, Schenker, TTI, Fisher and Paykel and Citi Group. His work has resulted in the creation of over $1.2 billion of institutional grade investment product.
Head of Asset ManagementPatrick Frank has 18 years of experience in the industry as an Asset Management and Acquisition professional. In his role Patrick is responsible for the operations and the management of the portfolio as well as the implementation of Fraser Property’s asset strategies.
Head of Project Management
Ulrich Wörner joined Frasers Property in 2018 as Head of Development. Ulrich is responsible for the development of our properties and is the central interface for sales, technology and quality. He is the first point of contact for all customers, from order placement to the turnkey handover of the property.
Previously, as Managing Director and Technical Director at Alpha Industrial, he was responsible for Alpha's entire operations. From 2000 to 2007, as First Vice President at ProLogis Germany, he was responsible for the entire technical construction and project management of all the properties. Ulrich completed his engineering studies in steel construction and welding technology from 1995 to 2000, after which he began his career as a site manager at a leading German construction company.
Deputy Head of AcquisitionsWilhelm joined Frasers Property in 2011 as an analyst for the Investment, Project Development and Asset Management units. Since 2018 he has been responsible for acquisitions and investments in the German market.
Deputy Head of AcquisitionsNiek leads the acquisition team in the Amsterdam office. He is responsible for new acquisitions in the Netherlands and Germany. He joined the team in 2014.
