Mr Reini Otter is responsible for Frasers Property Industrial. He oversees the Group’s logistics and industrial operations in Australia and Europe, and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust.
Mr Otter joined the Group’s Australian operations in 1998 and has held senior leadership positions within the Commercial & Industrial business in Australia for over 15 years. In his previous role with Frasers Property Australia as Executive General Manager of its Commercial & Industrial and Investment Property division, he was responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of all Australian industrial development and investment property operations in Australia. In addition, Mr Otter was a member of the Frasers Property Europe Investment Committee.
Mr Otter holds a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sydney. He is also a graduate from the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD Business School, Europe.

Matt previously served as CFO for Frasers Property Australia. He has worked in Frasers Property’s Australian operations since 2007 when it was listed on the ASX as Australand, and as CFO when Frasers Property acquired Australand in 2014.
Before entering the property industry, Matt spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Sydney, in audit and transaction services roles.

Ian Barter has over 20 year’s experience in the industry and manages in Australia the New South Wales and Queensland industrial and commercial business.
Ian has delivered results for several major International Property Group’s and Real Estate Investment Trust’s. His successful career in the highly competitive commercial and industrial property areas stems from his customer centric focus combined with a desire to achieve outstanding returns.
In 2005 he joined Australand and in 2012 was appointed General Manager NSW with responsibility for managing the company’s commercial and industrial business units across the state. He has played an instrumental role in securing and overseeing the development of a number of key projects during this time including BMW, Toyota, Corporate Express, Kmart, Best and Less, Hewlett Packard, Kuehne & Nagel, Schenker, TTI, Fisher and Paykel and Citi Group. His work has resulted in the creation of over $1.2 billion of institutional grade investment product.

Wilhelm joined Frasers Property in 2011 as an analyst for the Investment, Project Development and Asset Management units. Since 2018 he has been responsible for acquisitions and investments in the German market.
His scope of responsibilities includes Investment, Project Controlling & Finance and Cash Flow Modeling.

Niek leads the acquisition team in the Amsterdam office. He is responsible for new acquisitions in the Netherlands and Germany. He joined the team in 2014.
From 2012 to 2014, he was an analyst in the international real estate department at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate, focusing on non-listed real estate investments in Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific.
