Senior Asset Manager
In June 2015 Nienke joined the Asset Management team, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the assets. She works closely with third party property managers and is responsible for budgeting, reporting, coordinating post acquisition activities, setting up lease administrations and reviewing valuations. Before, Nienke worked for 13 years at CBRE where she was a Commercial Manager and later a senior in the Business Support team. She holds a master degree in International Real Estate from London Greenwich University and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Fontys Academy.
Senior Asset Manager
Patricia joined the Asset Management team as Senior Asset Manager in September 2018. She works closely with the acquisition and the finance team, and is responsible for reporting, budgeting and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Frasers Property Europe, she worked for 12 years at Prologis, where she was Director Portfolio Manager for one of Prologis’ open-ended Pan-European funds. Previously, she held various financial controller roles in the Netherlands, United States and Peru. Patricia holds an MBA from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lima in Peru.
Since the founding of Geneba Maartje is part of the Asset Management team where she works closely with tenants, property managers and the acquisition team. She is responsible for properties in the Netherlands and West-Germany. Prior to joining Frasers Property Europe, Maartje worked as an interim for a Housing Association. She is a graduate from Utrecht University in Urban Geography.
Junior Asset Manager
Since February 2019, Nienke is Junior Asset Manager. Apart from this new position, she also remains active as Corporate Secretary, supporting the Management Board. Nienke joined the company as Office Manager in July 2017. Before joining Frasers Property Europe (previously Geneba) Nienke has worked in the field of International Development and Education. Her diverse background and international experience support cohesion within the team and makes for creative solutions to day to day challenges. Nienke holds a degree in International Relations from Groningen University and a Masters Degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
Deputy Head of Acquisitions
Niek works in the acquisition team in the Amsterdam office. He is responsible for new acquisitions in The Netherlands and Germany. Niek joined the team in 2014. From 2012 to 2014 he was an analyst of the international real estate department at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate, focusing on non-listed real estate investments in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. Niek received an MSc in Finance from Tilburg University.

Patrick has 15 years of real estate experience as an Acquisition and Asset Management professional. He joined in 2015 and he is in charge of the Asset Management of the real estate portfolio. Before, he was Director of Acquisition at Prologis in Germany where he was responsible for deal generation and execution. Previously, he held various roles in the industry with P3Parks and Heitman. Patrick holds a “Diplom-Kaufmann” from the International University of Applied Sciences, Venlo, the Netherlands and is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Head of Property Management
Tim joined Frasers Property Europe as an asset manager in 2018 and is Head of Property Management as from 1 April 2019.
Tim has over 15 years of experience managing various properties at HQ in Hamburg for Segro and in residential real estate and sequestration in Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld and Duisburg. At FPE, Tim is responsible for property and asset management in Germany and the Netherlands. He completed his real estate training in 2003.
Patrick joined the team in October 2018. He has more than 20 year of experience in property-/asset management. He started his career in Aachen managing private residences, moved on to retail facilities in major cities before focusing his expertise on storage and logistic buildings from early 20th century to brand new. In 2005 he extended his training, became a certified real estate profesional (IHK) and gained experience in valuation of real estate. For the past twelve years he has been working for a small family office in Düsseldorf. Patrick’s first vocational training is that of a pastry chef, but more than that he likes to eat cake.
Jürgen joined Frasers Property Europe as an property-/asset manager in December 2018.
He started his real estate career in 2004 at a small family office in Neuss. In the following time he gained a lot of experience in managing private residences, office-/retail and storage facilities. He successfully completed further trainings in 2009 (real estate professional - IHK) and in 2015 (facility management - HWK).
Junior Asset Manager
Marena Weyler supports the Asset Management Team in Cologne as a Junior Asset Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Sankt Augustin, Germany. Previously, Marena completed her trainee program as a Real Estate Management Assistant in a Family Office in Cologne, Germany. She has gained experiences in Property Management and Accounting of both private and industrial properties.

Senior Project Manager
Tim has been strengthening the development team of Frasers Property Europe since March 2018. He manages and controls projects throughout all stages of construction of new and existing buildings. Previously, he obtained his master's degree in architecture with a focus on project management and real estate economics. Already during his studies he gained several years of professional experience in the areas of construction and project management. Back in 2011, Tim completed his B.A. studies in the department of Art History.
Project Manager (Architect)
At Frasers Property Europe, Kathrin Münch deals with the evaluation of future construction projects, from the design planning through the submission of building applications to the coordination of current projects in cooperation with external service providers.
From 2013 to 2018 she worked for a general contractor in the field of industrial and administrative construction as a planning coordinator in an international environment. From 2008 to 2018 she was active as an architect for the same general contractor. Kathrin completed her studies of architecture in 2005 at the HAWK Holzminden with a diploma thesis.
Deputy Head of Acquisition
Wilhelm joined the Frasers Property Europe team in 2011 as an analyst for the Investment, Project Development and Asset Management units. His field of responsibilities covers Investment, Project Controlling & Finance and Cash Flow Modeling. Wilhelm holds a degree in Real Estate Economics (ebs).
Sebastian joined in April 2017 as analyst in the areas of project controlling, risk management and claim management. He has several years of professional experience in the sectors of building industry, renewable energies and web-based geographic information systems. In 2013, he graduated in Geography from the University of Bonn with a focus on economy, energy (especially renewable energies) and urban and spatial planning.
Deputy Head of Asset Management
Benjamin is part of the Asset Management team since June 2015. As an Asset Manager and banker, he acquired over ten years of property experience. Before 2015, Benjamin worked as a specialist for real investments at the German private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser. Previously, he worked for the asset management firm Hannover Leasing, focused on domestic real estate projects and at KPMG, as an Audit Financial Services specialist. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Munich.
Silke has many years of experience in property transactions. She joined in October 2015 as Associate Director. Previously, she was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Realty Management GmbH/Archon Group Deutschland GmbH in the transaction advisory and transaction management division. Silke holds two state qualifications in law from the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz/Rhineland Palatinate.
