Property development and management

We are among the top residential developers and one of the largest mall owners and operators in Singapore. Frasers Property Singapore has developed and sold more than 21,000 homes, and owns and / or manages 17 shopping malls and 10 office and business space properties.

In Australia, we are a leading diversified property group with over 90 years of experience in property development and management. Our activities cover the development of residential land, housing and apartments, commercial, retail and industrial properties, investment property ownership and management.

The Group is currently developing properties in China, Vietnam and Thailand. We have a unique expertise in developing complex, mixed-use or integrated developments such as the award-winning Central Park in Sydney and One Bangkok in Thailand.

Property investments & REIT manager

Through our acquisitions, we currently manage five business parks in the United Kingdom, and 51 industrial properties in The Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Our stake in Frasers Property Thailand also allows us to grow our recurring income.

 

As a REIT manager, we are responsible for the formulation and execution of asset management strategies for the REIT, manage fund-related matters including financing, tax and regulatory matters, handle investor relations and proactively source for properties for acquisitions by the REITs we manage.

 

 

Hospitality management

We own and / or operate 148 serviced apartments / hotels across more than 70 cities. We own and manage five brands: the Gold standard ‘The Fraser Collection’ which comprises Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, and Fraser Residence; Modena by Fraser; Capri by Fraser; Hotel du Vin; and Malmaison.
