For the fourth consecutive year at Sustainability Expo 2023 (SX2023), ASEAN's largest sustainability exhibition, Frasers Property is highlighting its initiatives at the ‘Better Community’ zone with the theme of ‘Innovation for a Better Community’. Frasers Property is committed to achieving net-zero carbon by 2050 and partnering with its value chain to foster a more sustainable future.
At the event, Frasers Property is showcasing sustainable real estate through three key segments:
- Feature nine prominent multinational Frasers Property developments, across asset classes, to offer valuable insights into world-class real estate sustainability management, covering areas such as innovation, energy usage, water resources, waste management, biodiversity, health and well-being, raw materials and supply chain management, business flexibility and adaptability, and community engagement.
- Explore Frasers Property Thailand’s comprehensive sustainability plans, which include specific project roadmaps and goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These plans highlight the synergies among three affiliated segments: residential, industrial, and commercial. They all bring best practices to deliver an inspiring and sustainable experience for homebuyers, tenants and customers that elevates service standards to an international excellence in various facets.
- Embark on a journey with One Bangkok Immersive Pavilion, explore an experimental experience where you can envision a realistic simulation of elements and areas in the entire district as well as the smart technology and sustainable innovations. One Bangkok aims to be the first project in Thailand to receive the highest certified LEED platinum for Neighbourhood Development, and the WELL Building Standard for health and well-being of all occupants in our office buildings.
