Singapore, 9 MARCH 2026

Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) today announced the appointment of Tony Lombardo as Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), effective 1 October 2026. Mr Lombardo will report to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) and will be based in Singapore.

In his role as GCOO, Mr Lombardo will work closely with the GCEO and other members of the executive leadership team to advance the Group’s strategic priorities under the OneFrasers operating model, strengthening capital execution discipline, enterprise integration and delivery across the Group’s diversified multinational portfolio.

He will lead Group Investments and Frasers Property Capital, with a mandate to drive cross‑portfolio optimisation, enterprise-wide synergies and disciplined capital deployment. Mr Lombardo will set the Group’s Investments and Capital strategy and support the GCEO in leading strategic global initiatives, including transactions and programmes that enhance operational excellence, platform scalability and long-term value creation.

He will also play a key role in strengthening coordination across the Group’s major platforms and key markets, including Industrial and Logistics, as well as the Group’s Australia and UK businesses, to support scalable and sustainable growth. In addition, Tony will work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen enterprise-wide business operating and financial discipline, unlocking synergies and long-term value creation across the Group.

Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Tony to Frasers Property. He brings deep global experience across our sector and the key markets in which we operate. Tony’s leadership and expertise across strategy, finance, investments and capital management and operations will strengthen our leadership team and accelerate the execution of our strategic priorities. His appointment will further enhance our execution capability, sharpen capital execution discipline and support the Group’s continued growth across markets.”

Mr Tony Lombardo said, “I am honoured to join Frasers Property and look forward to working closely with Panote and the executive leadership team. Frasers Property has built a strong, diversified portfolio, underpinned by a clear strategy and long-term growth ambitions. I am excited to contribute to the next phase of the Group’s strategic transformation by strengthening execution, deepening collaboration and unlocking sustainable value across the business. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by the opportunity to build organisations that endure. I see a strong alignment with Frasers Property’s values, its focus on long-term partnerships and its commitment to creating places that matter to people. The opportunity to do this with a leading real estate group with a strong regional and global presence is compelling.”

Mr Lombardo brings nearly 30 years of international experience across real estate development, investment management, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate strategy. He has held senior leadership roles across Asia, Australia and the United States, with a strong track record in delivering large‑scale, mixed‑use precincts, industrial and logistics, data centres and capital partnerships, as well as driving operational excellence across complex platforms and building resilient supply chains.

Mr Lombardo is currently Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lendlease, where he has led major urban development projects, established capital partnerships and advanced platform-level growth initiatives across global markets. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in strategy, M&A and finance at GE Capital and GE Corporate and began his career at KPMG.
