The Boards of Directors of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Fraser and Neave, Limited, and Frasers Property Limited today announced with profound sadness that Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi, Non-Executive and Non-Independent Vice Chairman of the abovementioned companies, has passed away peacefully on 17 March 2023.

On behalf of all management teams and staff of the companies, the Boards express their deepest sorrow over the departure of Mrs Sirivadhanabhakdi and convey their condolences to Mr Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, Mr Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi and their family during this difficult time. The Boards express their heartfelt gratitude for the invaluable contributions to the companies by Mrs Sirivadhanabhakdi during her tenure as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Vice Chairman.
