SYDNEY, 21 NOVEMBER 2019

A selection of new homes providing choice, comfort and convenience to families of all types is set to be released on November 23 at Frasers Property Australia’s popular Fairwater community in Blacktown.

The first release of The Ambrose Collection, the latest stage of the blossoming community, will comprise 17 homes in a variety of two, three and four-bedroom layouts all positioned close to walkways, cycling tracks and the Fairwater Central Park currently under construction.

Prices start at $645,000 for a two-bedroom home on a 135 sqm or 138 sqm lot and range up to $1.13 million for a four-bedroom home on a 455 sqm lot.

“There is huge variety in The Ambrose Collection for home buyers,” says Dino Carulli, Sales & Marketing Director – Residential NSW, Frasers Property Australia.

“We are expecting this latest release of homes at Fairwater will be extremely popular with families given the price points and the range of options.

“When people see how our designers have taken advantage of the available area to create functional and connected family spaces, they will understand the value these homes represent and lifestyle on offer.

“Fairwater is a well-established and growing community, with an identity reflecting the diversity of its residents and a community spirit that makes it a welcoming, inclusive and cohesive place to live.”

Of the 17 homes, there are two, two-bedroom homes available, both priced at $645,000; there are 10 three-bedroom homes with 2.5 bathrooms and space for two cars priced between $705,000 and $764,000; and there are five, four-bedroom homes, all with two car spaces and 2.5 bathrooms, priced between $818,000 and $1.13 million for the larger lot size.

A selection of the homes includes a second living area upstairs – a perfect space for families looking for a children’s or teenager’s retreat. All homes include a covered alfresco area and some also include a freestanding bathtub.

Three of the four-bedroom options available are detached homes and all homes in The Ambrose Collection include connection to the innovative geothermal heating and cooling air-conditioning system that is significantly reducing energy use in Fairwater homes.

“As well as being connected to a geothermal system with the potential to reduce residents’ energy costs, these homes are also well-connected within the community,” Mr Carulli says.

“With easy access to walkways, cycle paths and Central Park, the homes are well positioned with convenient access to Fairwater’s surrounding areas from the north via Crudge Bridge. A selection of the homes also overlooks the picturesque wetlands. We anticipate buyers will respond to the choice and convenience of this collection.”

The Fairwater community is located on a 38ha former golf course and features 9.5 ha of open space and 3.5 ha of wetlands. The picturesque surrounds include lakes and ponds, boardwalks, walkways, cycleways, pramways, a playground, sandpits, learn-to-ride bike track and connections to local transport and shopping amenities.

The Ambrose Collection is available from November 23. The Fairwater Display Village and Sales Centre is open 11am to 4pm, seven days a week. Visit www.fairwaterliving.com.au or call 13 38 38 for more information.
