Property development and management
We are a multinational investor-developer-manager of real estate products and services across the property value chain. Frasers Property is a top residential developer in Australia, Singapore and Thailand. Key markets where we have strong local knowledge and relationships include Australia, China, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
In Singapore, we manage 12 shopping malls and 6 office properties. In Australia, we have over 90 years of experience in property development and management across different asset classes. We have a unique expertise in developing complex, mixed-use or integrated developments such as the award-winning Central Park in Sydney as well as One Bangkok and The PARQ in Thailand.
Property investments & REIT manager
Through our acquisitions, we currently manage seven business parks in the United Kingdom, and industrial properties in the Netherlands and Germany. Our stake in Frasers Property Thailand also allows us to grow our recurring income.
As REIT manager, we are responsible for the formulation and execution of asset and investor management strategies for the REIT as well as fund-related matters including financing, tax and regulatory matters. Frasers Property is the sponsor of two REITs and one stapled trust listed on the SGX-ST, with the Singapore retail-focused Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) for industrial and commercial properties in major developed markets. Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) specialises in hospitality assets. The Group has two REITs listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT) and Golden Ventures REIT.
Hospitality management
We own and operate more than 120 properties in over 70 cities. Frasers Hospitality offers guests its Gold-Standard serviced, hotel residences and boutique lifestyle hotels with five brands: the three Gold-Standard ‘The Fraser Collection’ offerings comprised of Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, and Fraser Residence, a modern and eco-lifestyle brand, Modena by Fraser, and a design-led hotel residence brand, Capri by Fraser.
